Can I use a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card?

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express, and Discover. Debit cards and Apple Pay are also accepted. Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards can also be used if they work as credit/debit cards. We also offer a buy now pay overtime via Klarna and Affirm.

You may be able to use FSA/HSA funds to purchase a lab test. However, we do not determine eligibility of expenses under the rules for your HSA/FSA. Please check with your health account administrator to see if these expenses are eligible for reimbursement under your plan.

No. The lab tests available for purchase on questhealth.com are only for individuals who want to pay directly for testing and do not want to seek reimbursement from their insurance carrier or the government. You understand that Services purchased under or through Quest are solely your financial responsibility.
