Quest Diagnostics maintains your genetic data in compliance with HIPAA.

Quest Consumer retains your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for our legitimate business purposes. We will retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Certain state residents may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will deny requests from agents that do not submit proof of authorization from you.
