How do I create an ID.me account?
Visit ID.me and click My Account in the top right corner, then Create an ID.me Account. You must be 18 years and older to buy a test on questhealth.com.

ID.me:
- Students: To verify your status as a student, you must be actively enrolled in an accredited, government-recognized public or private university or college that grants degrees or certificates in the US. Eligible Students include: College Students, University Students, Community College Students, Junior College Students, Technical or Vocational College Students. NOTE: Students in professional training classes and primary/secondary school students do not qualify. Must be 18+.
Student Beans:
- Students: Students studying in full time education and given a personal institution email or credit card style student iD. This includes sixth form students, college students, university students and apprentices. Must be 18+.
- Graduates: If they were previously a Student Beans member they can log into their Student Beans account and reverify as a Graduate. This will give them access up to them being graduated for 5 years i.e if they re register 2 years post graduation they will have access to grad offers for a further 3 years. If they are new to Student Beans they can verify manually and provide proof of graduation (either graduation certification or confirmation of course complete). Must be 18+.
