Are lab test results required to participate in Health Coaching?

You will also receive a welcome kit after your first session, which includes:

• A tracking booklet to help you see your progress, identify stumbling blocks, and keep you moving forward toward your goals and instructions on using this tracker
• A latex-free stretch band for resistance exercises to help improve your strength and fitness as well as tips for making the most of your stretch band
• Refrigerator magnets that can serve as helpful health-focused reminders
• A dry-erase marker for personalizing your magnets and noting your goals and progress

All Health Advisors hold a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach certification and are part of Pack Health’s non-clinical care team of specialists from multidisciplinary backgrounds, including public health, social work, and dietetics.

You will decide on your first call to have weekly or bi-weekly calls with your Health Advisor that will last around 30 minutes. This will be followed by weekly supplemental activities that should take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete on your own. You and your Health Advisor may agree to additional tasks and activities over and above these time commitments.

No preparation is required! Simply be ready to receive regular communications from your Health Advisor. You and your Health Advisor will work together on goal setting as part of your initial session.

Yes, you will connect with the same Health Advisor each session. They will use the same phone number, so you can easily communicate with them as needed. Your dedicated Health Advisor is your connection point to the program. Should you desire, you may choose to change your Health Advisor at any time.

You will communicate via phone calls, text messages and emails. You can agree with your Health Advisor what is most appropriate for your particular circumstances.

You can book your initial session at any point. Your Health Advisor will use the first session to set goals and build your coaching plan. Sharing your test results is completely optional but encouraged - so you may wish to schedule your first session after you receive your results (generally within 5-7 business days after your sample is collected).

Once you’ve made your purchase, you’ll receive your order confirmation email from Quest. Within two hours, you’ll then receive a second email from Pack Health confirming that you have been enrolled in the program and containing your personal link to schedule your initial session. During that call, your Health Advisor will -

• Confirm some of your information and get your welcome kit sent to you
• Set you up with the content appropriate for your program (based on either general health or your specific condition)
• Talk you through more details of expectations, what’s involved and get your follow-up plan scheduled
• Give you your first set of activities

During your first session, your Health Advisor will walk you through the recommended program schedule. Generally, you should allow yourself one to two weeks between sessions to perform follow-up activities before discussing with your Health Advisor again.

Follow-up activities will only take a short amount of time and may repeat. Repeating activities are designed to enable you to form habits between sessions and help you achieve results.

Yes, once you’ve booked your initial session you can reschedule online, or you can contact your Health Advisor directly.

Your Health Advisor will not have access to your lab results but we encourage you to share your results so that your experience can be more personalized. However, Health Advisors cannot make clinical recommendations.

Yes. You may cancel your Health Coaching purchase for a refund less a non-refundable fee according to the following schedule:

• Within 24 business hours of purchase: You will be refunded your purchase price less $18 non-refundable fee.
• After 24 business hours of purchase: If you did not use the Health Coaching service, you will be refunded your purchase prices less a $50 non-refundable fee. If you cancel after completing your first session, refunds will be provided on a pro-rata basis, less the $50 non-refundable fee.
