What if tests were not performed?

Your receipt can be accessed by going here. You will need your confirmation number and email to look up the order. Once you provide this information you will be able to click the upper right hand corner of your screen and find your receipt. 

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express, and Discover. Debit cards and Apple Pay are also accepted. Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards can also be used if they work as credit/debit cards. We also offer a buy now pay over time via Klarna and Affirm.

You may be able to use FSA/HSA funds to purchase a lab test. However, we do not determine eligibility of expenses under the rules for your HSA/FSA. Please check with your health account administrator to see if these expenses are eligible for reimbursement under your plan.

No. The lab tests available for purchase on questhealth.com are only for individuals who want to pay directly for testing and do not want to seek reimbursement from their insurance carrier or the government. You understand that Services purchased under or through Quest are solely your financial responsibility.

In the event a refund is needed and you paid with an eGift card, we will refund your eGift card first by issuing a new one and then, if needed, funds will be returned to the credit card.
