However, we do not determine eligibility of expenses under the rules for your HSA/FSA. Please check with your health account administrator to see if these expenses are eligible for reimbursement under your plan.

No. The lab tests available for purchase on questhealth.com are only for individuals who want to pay directly for testing and do not want to seek reimbursement from their insurance carrier or the government. You understand that Services purchased under or through Quest are solely your financial responsibility.
