About the test

The Fitness Profile – Elite Test is a comprehensive blood test designed for individuals looking to improve fitness, performance, and recovery. It measures 75+ markers across overall health, fitness, recovery, inflammation, hormones, hydration, muscle recovery, and nutritional status—key areas that influence how your body responds to training and physical stress.

It includes a comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP), complete blood count (CBC), cholesterol (lipid) panel, inflammation markers (high-sensitivity CRP, interleukin-6, immunoglobulin A), recovery and hydration markers (creatine kinase, lactate dehydrogenase, serum osmolality, and electrolytes), hormones (cortisol, testosterone, and estrogen), as well as multiple vitamin and nutrient levels (vitamins D, B12, B9, and iron plus ferritin and transferrin). Results provide insight into factors such as general health, heart health, metabolic readiness, muscle breakdown, hydration, electrolyte balance, hormone signaling, inflammation, and key vitamin and nutrient levels that support energy and endurance. Understanding these markers can help explain plateaus, fatigue, prolonged soreness, or challenges reaching fitness goals.

In addition to the 60+ biomarkers outlined above and detailed in the What’s tested section, this offering includes a biometric screening (physical measurements), and a health risk assessment survey, which helps provide a personalized Health Quotient Score. This score can be used to help you better understand and track your individual health and fitness goals over time.

This test may be useful whether you’re actively training, returning to exercise, or simply want a clearer picture of what’s supporting—or could be limiting—your physical performance. You will have the ability to discuss your results with an independent healthcare provider at no additional cost, who can help you interpret findings in the context of your health history, activity level, and goals. We also encourage you to discuss your results with your regular physician.
