No. questhealth.com does not use or require an accounts to purchase. However, if you purchase a test on questhealth.com with the same information as your MyQuest account information, your results may be available in your MyQuest account.

While you cannot purchase most lab tests for another adult, questhealth.com offers several ways to give the gift of health:

• At-Home Kits: Purchase an at-home test kit and have it shipped directly to their address. 
• Testing for Children: Parents and legal guardians can purchase select tests for children ages 9 and up.  A parent or legal guardian of the child can make the purchase on behalf of the child. Select lab tests are available for children ages 9+ (specific age ranges vary by test). The purchaser must verify their identity and their relationship to the child during the test registration process and during the time of the blood draw. The parent must also be present at the time of the appointment. More information can be found  here.
