After you place your order, we'll send a confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout. If you don't see it within 10 minutes, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Your order confirmation number will also appear on the confirmation screen. Save this number, as it may be needed to complete future steps or when contacting Customer Support.

Use the order look up tool on questdiagnostics.com to view your order status, items purchased, and purchase amount. If you purchased before January 22, 2025, call us and we can resend your results link.

For HSA or FSA reimbursement claims where you paid separately, the order lookup and confirmation email should provide what most plans require. You can also access a receipt by using the order look up tool. If you need additional documentation, call us and we can help.

If your sample hasn't been collected and/or your kit hasn't shipped, you can cancel online through the order look up tool on questdiagnostics.com — no need to call. Enter your order number, verify your identity, and follow the cancellation prompts. Non-refundable fees apply to all cancellations: $20 for in-person tests; $45 for home collection kits with lab processing. In some states, taxes are also non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

If it's been more than 14 business days and you still haven't received your refund, please call us at 844.738.3787.

Typically, most tests are ready within 5 business days and some are ready within 1; however, result timing varies by test. Check the "After the test" section on your test's product page for the expected turnaround time. You will receive your results email when all results are ready but partial results may be available in the interim. You may find your partial results in your MyQuest account on questdiagnostics.com if you have one, or by creating one if you do not. If you are having issues linking your MyQuest account, contact us.

When your results are ready, you'll receive a secure link by email — click it and complete the one-time verification step to view them. If you have, or create, a MyQuest account on questdiagnostics.com, you may also be able to review your results there. Partial results for individual tests within an order may also show in MyQuest once they become available. You may also view results here on questdiagnostics.com if you have your order confirmation number. Result timing varies by test. Check the "After the test" section on your test's product page for the expected turnaround time. (California and Pennsylvania residents: Your results for certain tests may be held for a period before release due to state law.)
