The Celiac Disease Nutrient Deficiency Panel measures the levels of the following 10 nutrients in your blood: vitamin A, vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin B9 (folate), vitamin B12 (cobalamin), vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, ferritin, and iron.
