About the test

This expanded women’s hormone panel measures key reproductive and metabolic hormones that play a role in ovulation, fertility, menstrual cycle regulation, and overall hormone balance. This test evaluates levels of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (estrogen), progesterone, total testosterone, unconjugated DHEA, thyroid- stimulating hormone (TSH), free T4, free T3, thyroid peroxidase (TPO) antibodies, and prolactin in the blood. Imbalances in these hormones may be a reason for irregular or missed periods, mood changes, unexplained weight changes, problems with ovulation, ongoing fertility issues, and other underlying conditions, like Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).

Although this test does not diagnose PCOS, infertility, or underlying conditions on its own, understanding your hormone levels may help you and your healthcare provider to identify next steps for handling any symptoms you may be experiencing.

Whether you’re setting a hormone baseline, navigating unexplained symptoms, or simply want a better understanding of your health, this test offers a comprehensive look at key hormones to kickstart a conversation with your healthcare provider. Because hormone levels change over time—due to aging, lifestyle, medications, and stress—periodic testing can help you monitor patterns and shifts.

No doctor’s visit needed. Buy this expanded female hormone panel test, visit a nearby Quest location, and get fast results.
