A valid email is required for test purchase. Once your purchase is complete, test registration is required prior to sample collection. You can follow the registration link on the purchase confirmation page to register your test. You will also receive an email with a registration link.

While you cannot purchase most lab tests for another adult, questhealth.com offers several ways to give the gift of health:

At-Home Kits: Purchase an at-home test kit and have it shipped directly to their address. 

Testing for Children: Parents and legal guardians can purchase select tests for children ages 9 and up. 

A parent or legal guardian of the child can make the purchase on behalf of the child. Select lab tests are available for children ages 9+ (specific age ranges vary by test). The purchaser must verify their identity and their relationship to the child during the test registration process and during the time of the blood draw. The parent must also be present at the time of the appointment. More information can be found here.

Quest works with PWNHealth LLC and its affiliated professional entities (collectively, PWN) to provide independent healthcare provider services associated with your lab test purchase. PWN services include physician oversight of all tests, including the ordering of tests and the evaluation of results once available. If one or more of your results indicates that you need prompt attention, you will receive a call directly from the PWN care coordination team. Additionally, if one or more of your results is for a positive sexually transmitted disease (STD) or HIV result, you will receive a call directly from the PWN care coordination team. You will have the ability to speak with a PWN healthcare provider to discuss the lab results, and in some states, the Licensed PWN healthcare provider may be able to provide treatment. Before submitting payment for your purchase, you will see the fees collected on behalf of PWN for their services to you.

No. questhealth.com offers 150+ lab tests that you can conveniently buy online, anytime -- no doctor visit required for purchase. Most of these lab tests do, however, require you to visit a Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Center to have your test sample collected for analysis.  

Lab tests on questhealth.com are overseen by an independent healthcare provider who order each lab test. Included with your purchase, you have the option to discuss your lab test results with an independent healthcare provider, who may be able to prescribe treatment.

You will be asked to answer relevant medical questions for select tests. This will help to confirm that the test you’ve selected is right for you.

For tests requiring in-person sample collection, your purchase can't include more than one of the same test. You may live in a state where our tests are not available. Additionally, some tests are not available to people of a specific sex or age. Some tests may not be eligible to combine with other tests. Lastly, some tests may be purchased only once per customer in their lifetime. Examples are but not limited to the Lipoprotein(a)/Lp(a) Test and High-Risk Heart Health Lipid and Lp(a) Panel.

You may be able to purchase multiple home collection kits for some tests during a single purchase. Review the product page to see if you can purchase several home collection kits during a single purchase. For tests that require a in-person sample collection you cannot purchase more than one of the same tests in a single purchase.

An acknowledgement page will appear after you complete your checkout. Once your purchase is processed, you will get a purchase confirmation email from Quest, sent to the email address you used at checkout.

No- the same person who purchased the test, must register for the test.

You may live in a state where our tests are not available, or your age or gender may prohibit a specific purchase. Please confirm that there are no duplicate tests in your cart and that your address is not a P.O. Box as Quest can only accept a street address.

If you purchase a single test and a panel of tests, or two panels at the same time, some test components may overlap. In either case, we automatically deduct the cost of the overlapped component from your cart, so you only get charged once for the same test component.

For example, if you add a Basic Health Profile and a Cholesterol Panel to your cart, the price of the Cholesterol Panel will be deducted at checkout because the Cholesterol Panel is already part of the Basic Health Profile.
