• 3) Look out for an email from Humanity. After you’ve made a questhealth.com purchase, Humanity will email you a secure link and unique code to use when your results are ready.

• 4) Upload your results. Once Quest has notified you that your lab test results are available, download them as a PDF and upload them via the secure link provided by Humanity.

• 5) Get your Humanity Biological Age report. Your personalized report will be delivered digitally to your email.

  6) Come back in 6 months. Complete another Quest lab panel above, and add the Humanity Biological Age Report to track how your biological age is changing.
